Piedras de Cimbrón
Private Collection of 12,000 bottles
TASTING NOTES
Maximum expression of the Verdejo grape made with grapes from our oldest vineyards: more than 65 years old with a limestone base and gravel layer. Without irrigation and under extreme weather conditions with a continental climate at more than 750 meters above sea level.
Harvested at night after the previous selection in the vineyard, this wine is fermented and aged in ovoid concrete tanks for later aging in barrels and aging in the bottle to obtain its roundness. The result is a very special wine, round and elegant on the palate, with intense notes of stone fruit on the palate and that touch of elegance and silkiness of French oak.
PAIRING
It pairs perfectly with any type of fish/seafood, white meats, Asian food or pasta.
