Grapes have a previous maceration and long fermentation at a low temperature in order to extract aromatic polyphenols. Later ageing with its lees producing as a result a rounded and long lasting wine. Fermentation and ageing takes place in concrete egg tanks, helping the lees to merge with the wine and producing as a result a much more rounded wine

Intense, Verdejo varietal strenght in nose, with important herby and balsamic hints aniseed base end complemented with bone fruits and citric touches.
Tasty, aromatic and glyceric with a good entry in mouth. Fresh and elegant with a very good backbone.
Complex, aniseed and persistent on the finish
Ideal for all kind of seafood and fish. Pairs perfectly with Asian food, white meats, rice, fried food and tempura.
